• Payment Information: If you make a purchase through Google Play Console, your payment is processed by Google, and we do not store any payment details.

• Future User Profiles: In future updates, we may allow account creation, where we might store basic profile details (e.g., name, email).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use data strictly for providing and improving our service, including:

• Processing images to help users avoid illegal parking. • Future features, such as user profiles and account management.

• Payment processing via Google Play Console. We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to operate the app:

• OpenStreetMap (for mapping data)

• OpenAI (for AI-based image processing, subject to change)

• Opendata.dk (for open government parking data)

• Google Play Console (for payments and app distribution) These services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you interact with them.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Currently, Pargo does not store personal data. If we introduce user accounts, we will retain basic account information as long as the account remains active.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Account Deletion: If user accounts are introduced, you will have the right to delete your account and associated data.

• Opting Out: If we introduce additional data collection in the future, we will provide opt-out options where possible.

6. Security Measures While we use standard API and endpoint calls over HTTP, we do not implement additional encryption or security measures at this time. Users should take care when submitting sensitive data.
